Burner upgrade Project:

    • Unit 3, James River Power Plant – Replaced 6 coal burners, installed new overfired air system.  Installed new Urea Injection system.
    • Unit 4, James River Power Plant – Replaced 6 coal burners, installed new overfired air system.  Installed new Urea Injection system.
    • Unit 5, James River Power Plant – Replaced 8 coal burners, installed new overfired air system.  Installed new Urea Injection system (HERT).

Headwaters Company - City Utilities, James River Power Plant – Springfield, MO  -  Fly ash Silo Repairs

    • Fly ash bucket elevator modifications and repairs

SPX Cooling Technologies

    • Repairs to Cooling Tower expansion joints, concrete replacement and piping systems modifications.
    • Installation of cooling tower piping, foundations, pumps and motors.

AEC, Thomas Hill Power Station – Thomas Hill, MO

    • Installation of truck unloading facility for fly ash. Includes new fluidization system in two silos, ash fluidizing piping system, fly ash silo modifications.

Ely Energy, Inc. -  KCPL, La Cygne Power Station - La Cygne, KS

    • Replaced 6 each Anhydrous Ammonia heaters for SCR on KCPL unit one

City Utilities,– Springfield, MO

    • Installation of 12 each 60,000 gallon propane tanks, piping, civil, electrical and insulation for a new peak shaving plant.
